Sprout stuff paratha

Mixture of sprouts(Green gram,chickpeas(brown and green): 1 and 1/2 cup
Onion:1 (finely chopped)
Carrot: 1 (finely chopped)
Paneer: Grated
Green chilli: 4-5 piece
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2tsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Asafoetida: Pinch
Oil: 1 tsp
Cumin seeds:1/2 tsp
Carom seeds: little bit
Whole wheat flour

1. Parboil the sprouts mixture and let it cool down. Then roughly smash it.
2. Take 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and allow to splatter.
3. Then add chopped onion, carrot and green chilli in it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add smashed sprouts mixture,cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder in to it and mix well.
5. Add salt to taste and lemon, mix it well and let it cool.
6. Add grated paneer in to the mixture just before paratha preparation.
7. For dough preparation, take wheat flour and add 1 tsp of oil, pinch of salt and little bit of carom seeds in to it. Knead dough using water. It should be soft. Make equal balls of it.
8. Take one ball, dust with flour and roll out dough to make flat round chapati. Add appropriate mixture on to the middle of flat chappati and seal it by rest part of chapati.
9.  Again roll out in the same way to make paratha.
10. Put it in pan and roast it using some butter.
11. Enjoy hot paratha with curd.


Spaghetti with basil tomato sauce

Spaghetti: 250 gm
Tomatoes: 5 nos
Basil: 15-20 leaves
Garlic: 9-10 cloves
Capsicum: half
Pepper powder
Red chilli flakes


1. Bring water to boiling, add salt and olive in to it.Then add spaghetti to it and cook it for 10-15 minutes with constant stirring. Don’t over cook it and check it in between.
2. Drain water from spaghetti, add few drops of olive oil in spaghetti and mix it well.

1. Bring water to boiling and boil 5 tomatoes in to it for 2 minutes and immediately cool it down to stop over cooking. Peel it off.
2. Place all tomatoes, 4-5 cloves of garlic, around 15-20 leaves of basil, 2 teaspoon of olive oil, Pepper powder, salt to taste in a grinder and grind it.
3. Take 2 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan, add 3-4 chopped garlic and sliced capsicum. Cook it for few minutes and add above tomato puree in it.
4. Bring it to boil and mix it well.
5. Add above sauce, chopped parsley, chopped coriander, thyme oregano powder and chilli flakes to cook spaghetti.
6. Serve hot pasta and garnish it with little thyme, oregano powder and Parmesan cheese.

Green tea

Water : 2 cups
Green tea : 1and 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger : one small piece
Basil leaves : 6-7 leaves
Mint leaves : 6-7 leaves
Lemon grass to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Lemon juice to taste


Heat two cups of water.
Grind ginger, basil leaves, mint leaves, lemon grass and cinnamon altogether in mortar and pestle.
Add it into the hot water and allow it to brew for 3 min.
Turn off heating and add green tea to it.
Allow it to steep for 3 min.
Strain it and add few drops of lemon juice to taste.
Enjoy hot and spicy tea.

It can also be prepared using any two ingredients along with the green tea.

Simple Chocolate cake

Diabetic and people on diet can curb their desert craving by preparing it using oat flour instead of all purpose flour and 10 teaspoon of honey instead of sugar.

Whole eggs: 2 nos.
Butter : 70 gm
Sugar(granulated): 110 gm
All purpose flour: 200 gm
Marie biscuits(powdered): 5 nos
Cinnamon powder: Pinch
Cocoa Powder: 1 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda: 1/3 teaspoon
Milk: 175 ml
Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation method:

Put sugar and butter in a bowl and beat it properly till it becomes smooth.
Then add eggs into it one after another with constant beating.
Prepare the mixture of all purpose flour, grounded Marie biscuit, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder and mix it evenly.
And Add it in number of portions along with the milk in the above mixture with intermediate mixing.
Add vanilla extract and beat the batter until it gives smooth consistency.
Pour the batter into the cake mould and bake it for 30-40 min at 180’C in the preheat oven.

    Semolina: 1/2 cup
    Curd: 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
    Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
    Onion: 1pc
    Carrot: 1/2 pc,
    Capsicum: 1/2pc,
    Tomatoes: 1pc,
    Green chilli: 4 nos
    Serve: 2 person
    Preparation method:
    Prepare batter using oats, rice-flour and semolina, curd and water.
    Add finely chopped onions, carrots, capsicum, green chillies and tomatoes to batter.
    Add salt to taste and black pepper to batter and mix it properly.
    Put some olive oil in batter.
    Prepare pan cakes of this batter using olive oil and serve with tomato sauce.
